Quit & Win! Tobacco Cessation Workshops

Quit & Win! is a FREE 90 minute tobacco cessation workshop offered to assist individuals quit tobacco use. Cessation coaches will assist each workshop participant in developing an individualized quit plan. Walk-Ins are welcome, however registration is strongly encouraged by emailing quit@COGInc.org or calling 1-800-264-1290.
