In 2025, COGI is celebrating 15 Years of Saving Lives – Making the Impossible, Possible.   COGI opened the doors to our Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Clinic in 2010 with two full-time counselors and a Clinical Director.  Over time, additional counselors, case managers, and certified recovery specialists were hired, services were expanded and COGI evolved into primarily a substance abuse outpatient treatment center.   The addition of Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) was added in 2012.
